What can you say about 2010? First thing that comes to mind is where did it go? It seems like yesterday that we were getting everything ready to go racing in January. And now we are getting everything ready to go racing in January in 2011.

We left off heading west to Red Bluff for the West Coast Nationals. Our weekend there went great finishing in the top of the field with both trucks. That is a great achievement considering the competition this year. From there we headed to Oklahoma, to compete against more of the nations top trucks. King Krunch and El Matador swept the weekend and knocked down some great runs to do it. To end off the month of October we went to Houston Motorsports Park for the Annual Texas Monster Shootout. What an awesome event and an Awesome Charity. We had a great time and the money goes to Mother’s Against Cancer for Texas Children’s Hospital. It was a great turn out with some unbelievable action. What more could we ask for, great racing, incredible freestyle and off the hook FMX.

Our month of November took us down into Mexico, we had shows in Guadalajara and Mexico City, again Flame Motorsports made their presents known with top of the field finishes throughout the tour. Some of the highlights for us were; blown front-ends each night of the first weekend. The donut competition took it’s toll on the spider gears, guess they don’t like going that fast. Incredible games of slug bug with the guys from Feld. Who knew there were that many VW bugs left in the World. And then we have the night on the town for someone, by the way I am still making shirts for that one. All and all it was a great trip and hope to run down there again next year. Viva de Texas!!!!!

Our racing has ended for the year and the work begins. Both truck are in for a makeover, El Matador is getting a fresh engine, new wrap, new wiring, steering and driveline updates. King Krunch is in for the same updates and the first truck with a seat revamp as well. The first part of the month we have Jim Jack with Reptoid with us to do some upgrades to his truck, so it will meet the new rules for 2011. Lunches have never been better, thanks for buying Jim.
